Refund policy

At Riwaa, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our returns, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchange requests can be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or experience a size issue, you must ship the product to our warehouse. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • It is mandatory to capture a photo or video of the product and package before shipping it or handing it over to the courier partner.

  • Products must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Please pack the products securely to prevent damage during transit.

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you must self-ship the product. In cases involving defective or incorrect products, shipping charges up to ₹100 will be fully refunded.

3. Refund Policy

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order through our customer support email or WhatsApp.

  • Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

  • However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

5. Delivery Timelines

We currently offer estimated delivery timelines for the following cities:

Delivery within 3–4 days after shipment:

Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Mysore, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vijayawada, and Kolkata.

Delivery within 5–7 days after shipment:

Other cities across India.

Delivery within 7–9 days after shipment:

Northeastern states and Jammu & Kashmir.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination PIN code, courier serviceability, weather conditions, and other logistical factors. Not all PIN codes within the listed cities may be eligible for expedited delivery.
